RETURNS POLICY
At Pinkcolada, it is our priority to ensure that customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept your return for a store credit within 14 business days from the time of delivery, returned items must meet the following requirements:
Non-returnable items include: Accessories, cosmetics, Pre-order gowns & dresses.
Shipping Returns: You are responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Pinkcolada and for re-shipping for charges- we recommend adding insurance on items.
If you are returning an item due to an error we have made, please contact us at Hello@pinkcolada.com and we will take alternate options.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days from arrival. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and you will be issued a store credit. Please note our store credits do not expire and can be used at any time!
